My Moog One had gone silent. They walked me through some diagnostic steps, which led to the discovery that an expression pedal had come unplugged. They helped solve the problem and I did not have to send the unit in.

I recently opened a support ticket and had an excellent experience. All it took on my part was a little understanding that they needed time to review and exchange emails. But they solved my problem and I was very satisfied with the communications.

Does anyone have any tips to help me with backing up my Moog One? If I try to backup my entire user space, it aborts early in the process. I checked manual and confirmed pitch wheel "up" and "down" can be programmed for each "Synth" with values of plus or minus 24 notes (2 octaves).

I believe pitch wheel can be programmed separately in each preset, with wide range of possibilities. Maybe your "two notes up in both directions" carried over from another preset?
