I found the issue, I need to press stronger in Reset button, lol, so it is working

Any suggestions? I really, still can't use the device because I can't clean patterns. Moog support is not answering, of course

Hello. I bought used M32 and have an issue now. I can't clear patterns :D
What I do:
1) Press Shift + KB
2) Press Shift + Reset/Accent + Pattern (tried in different sequences)
And I still have the pattern I had before.
I also have updated firmware to 2.0.1 by midi
