Anyone ever seen or know of replacement pushbuttons (Panel, Edit, Master, Enter, Cursor, -1, +1) that are less squishy, maybe better quality, or not mounted on a circuit board but attached to the panel somehow?

Local control OFF should turn off the pitch and mod wheel local control too, in addition to the keyboard. It should be possible to turn local control on and off by a midi control change message also.
