About new bushings: they can run a little wide, which makes them stick to the key channel. You can widen the channel a little, but it might still bind at the bottom of the key travel. I've taken a little off each bushing with a belt sander to make them fit.

So, sure enough, Moog's own Mini plugin exhibits reversed ramps too. So does Cherry's plug. Osc 3 mod is per graphic as is the hardware.

According to the schematic (old boards) each oscillator has downward going ramps. 0V top down to -4V bottom. My 1974 Mini exhibits this too. Osc 3 as mod source is correct though.
