I would guess, the Local Control is disabled in the global settings. See the V1.1.3 Release Notes, parameter 0.10 Local On/Off.
This may happen if you connect the GM via MIDI to a DAW.

For saving of Matriach sequences one could try to record the MIDI notes while playing the seq.
Restore could possibly done by setting ARP mode to Rec (CC 91) and then resending the MIDI notes.
Just an idea that I have not tested.

difficult to compare as you used very special setting & patches in your video. Can you make one with only one oscillator, no filters, envelopes etc. which can be reproduced?
