The editor seems to be picky about USB ports. When I use it on my MBP one USB port will work but not the other. Looking at specs I do not see any difference to account for that.
Try different USB ports.

Re: Can you identify this long lost Memorymoog Plus update kit?
That's the dBM MIDI upgrade. Only works in a Memorymoog Plus. I have one in mine, great addition.

Re: Moog 925 VC Reverb
Probably a product of the long gone Moog CE (Custom Engineering), run by Mike Bucki former engineer of Moog Music (Buffalo NY) Custom Engineering department. Bucki is AWOL and the whereabouts of Moog CE documents are unknown.

Re: Minitaur Note Range vs Taurus I
Rush fan for years.
Own Taurus 1 pedals.
Own Minitaur.
I gig the Minitaur playing Rush and other songs. It can deliver Rush style deep bass pedal sounds. Our soundman loves to pump the bass pedals through his subwoofers. Same note range as Taurus.

You know you have reached the pinnacle of sound design when you can synthesize fart noises on a simple Minimoog

Zero effects. Fart noises, heartbeats, boiling wicked witches caldron, belches.

Re: model D, oscillators 1 & 2 "LO" setting...uses?
Here's a neat trick: turn off all VCOs, turn up the emphasis control on the filter until it self-oscillates, then back off the control until the oscillation stops. Set filter cutoff to "2". Now set VCO1 to "LO" and ramp waveform, and turn it all the way up in the mixer. When you ...

Moderators - Moog Music User Profile Hacked?
I received an email extortion scam claiming to have recorded me from my laptop cam while viewing [email protected] websites and demanding $xxxx to make the incriminating cam video disappear. I knew right away this was a scam because I don't view [email protected] at all. Also this was a well known scam some years ago. What g...

Re: Voyager long term care/fixes?
That procedure is more complex than it needs to be. I never had to touch keyboard trimpot. If your Voyager drifts with the hood open, it probably has the wrong caps in the charging core. There was a supply problem and Moog had to substitute those caps, but the replacement caps do not hold stable tun...

Re: Voyager Tuning Drifting
That's how my Voyager RME was behaving. My Voyager SE has been rock solid. So I popped the hood on both and compared VCO components. I found that the charging caps in the VCOs (C63, C66, C81)of the RME were incorrect dielectric. If they are the wrong dielectric, the temperature compensation will not...

Re: Flight case for Taurus I.
No the dimensions are not the same.
I bought a flight case for my T1 from Anvil cases. Calzone owns them so when you go to the website make sure you request Anvil.

Re: using a Voyager road case for a model D?
I have a vintage model D and an Anvil ATA case for my Voyager.
Since the model D is taller than the Voyager, the case lid will not close. So the model D does not fit.
