Synthpeter is right to point out the adapter you linked to is a 3.5TRS to 1/4TS; stereo to mono.
In the video, the cable as he says is a "standard 3.5 to 1/4 inch cable". What he means is it's mono.

I've used a 100 ah LiFePo+ marine battery system to run my synth gear. For amplification I use a car stereo which has an aux in jack to accept the stereo send from my rig. My new minitaur with current firmware; lfo will only respond to change when the sequencer (digitakt) is playing. When the Digitakt is stopped lfo will not respond to knob or midi.
