Re: How to get noise to filter/pitch in the style of P5/10
What I specifically mean is using noise as a control voltage on the One to get instability in the filter.

Re: Can I synthesize Minimoog sounds (exactly) on a Moog One?
When you put the the State-Variable Filter in series and have it going into the Ladder Filter, there's a lot of gain and growl when you tweak the emphasis on both filters in a certain way—very unique! The biggest flaw most people are actually pointing if they say the Moog One doesn't sound as thick...

Re: Dust Cover
I bought the standard Thomann dust cover, which is officially a Moog One dustcover as used by Moog, and it's 100% fine. No shedding. Perhaps it was improved at some point.

Re: A few concerns before I buy the Moog One
Hello everyone, Just joined! I am just about ready to pull the trigger and purchase the Moog One 16 next week; unfortunately for me to try one first involves a 10 hour RT drive, so that isn’t going to happen. I advised the salesperson ahead of time that there’s a chance I may return it and he said ...

IMO you can get really close with distortion pedals, mono mode (obviously) and programmed instability.

I'd like a button to either randomly get my money back plus interest, or have all the issues resolve.

How to get noise to filter/pitch in the style of P5/10
Hi, I've been kind of stuck on something today and it struck me that maybe the geniuses here can figure out. Basically I want to route random noise into the filter cutoff and/or the pitch for the Moog One...I'm not sure if you're familiar, but I've been working on a Prophet 5 and a new P10 and they ...

Re: Moog One Bugs
When adding or switch patches while they are playing, weird audio glitches occur so you can't really feel comfortable switching patches or adding them on the fly in a live situation. This has been an issue since i got mine 3 years ago and I can't believe it hasn't been fixed yet. Makes the effects ...

Re: A few concerns before I buy the Moog One
The midi is a real problem. No doubt. People aren’t making this stuff up. As far as the tone goes, it’s incredible. If you can’t get amazing sounds out of this, it’s not the Moog One’s fault. It can do clean and bright and straight to the point that it’s almost sterile. It can do warbled and munted ...

Re: Moog One Bugs
I have to say, I've had the One now for about 4 months - and there are some really disappointing aspects of this synth. They're so glaringly obvious that it beggars belief that it made it off the production room floor. The noise when changing values from LFO to destinations makes life performance ve...
