It seems like you should be able to purchase a replacement ribbon cable from Moog Support, recommend trying getting in touch with them.

It doesn’t necessarily look broken but cable pulled out of press fit crimp connection. Is there a cap/cover that went over it. If not I’d try carefully realigning it to the “v” piercing contacts and pressing down on the cable firmly to ensure contact with each wire inside it’s insulation. If there i...
