Re: Spring reverb recommendations?
Also, the Vermona VSR 3 spring reverb, if you can find one cheap. Synth-Werk has a reverb module that is also worthy of consideration. Hi Eric, you mentioned the Vermona VSR 3 (I'm taking a look at that as well as their ReTubeVerb), any thoughts on it? I'm also looking at the Demeter RV-1D. If anyo...

Re: dipping into modular advice?
Thanks guys for the tips. I'll keep an eye out for a PRO-2000 MkII. Doesn't seem to be stock anywhere but I have time. Hi TheDigitalMan, I connect my Moog Model 10 via a Kenton Pro-2000 and a pair of Synthesizers.com active V-trig to S-trig cables. Works a treat with my MIDI keyboard. Using a Kento...

Re: Moog Model 10 > Kenton Pro-2000 > MIDI keyboard
Am I right in thinking that the CP11 Controller Outputs section convert V-Trig signals (Control Voltage) to S-Trig signals (Trigger) via the front panel connectors?

Re: Moog Model 10 > Kenton Pro-2000 > MIDI keyboard
KENTON (GATE) ->911->MULT->904A & 902 The 911 EGs already have S-Trig cables connected to the CP11. I presume this is because the CP11 Controller Outputs section converts an incoming V-Trig signal (1/4" jack) into an S-Trig signal (S-Trig) which then is routed to the 911 EG S-Trig Input by...

Re: Moog Model 10 > Kenton Pro-2000 > MIDI keyboard
Which cable type should I be using to connect the Kenton Pro-2000 GATE OUT (3.5mm jack) to the Moog Model 10 GATE IN?
S-Trig or 1/4" jack?
Whereabouts on the Model 10 should the end of this cable go?

Re: Moog Modular with MIDI
I'm wondering if there is something wrong with the CP11 in my Model 10 reissue or whether it's faulty cables or a patching error on my part? I'm using my MIDI keyboard to control the Model 10 in the following way: MIDI keyboard -> Kenton Pro-2000 -> Moog Model 10. It is connected as follows: Kenton ...

Re: Moog Model 10 > Kenton Pro-2000 > MIDI keyboard
S-trig -> V-trig cable? Maybe this is where I am going wrong! I made a mistake in what I wrote on here initially, then corrected it for Gearslutz. Am I connecting my MIDI keyboard to control the Model 10 the correct way? (the supplied manual only discusses how to connect one of their own keyboards a...

Moog Model 10 > Kenton Pro-2000 > MIDI keyboard
I'm having problems hooking up my MIDI keyboard to control the Model 10 and I wondered if anyone could help? This is how I've set it up: Kenton CV OUT > 901-A Control Input Kenton GATE OUT (Gate V-Trig 15V pull-up) > 902 Control Input This works fine in so much as all the notes played on my MIDI key...

Re: From Sub37 to Model 15?
This is what I've just done - Sold all my monosynths to buy something I've always dreamt of owning and using. For some reason it feels like it'll be neater to have 1 instrument and dedicate my time to it.
Just got to get aquainted with how fully modular synthesisizers work now!

Re: Moog Model 10 voltage select question
I've got my Model 10 now. You are right, it does have switchable voltage as I thought, so you just flick the switch with a small flat-blade screwdriver from 115V to 230V.
I asked a Moog employee about the fuse and he said it's the same fuse rating for both voltages.

Moog Model 10 voltage select question
I'm new to this forum and would like some help regarding the Moog Model 10 reissue voltage select for different countries. I've just bought a second hand (but like new) 2019 Moog Model 10 reissue from USA which I'm waiting to receive. I live in the UK. Is the Moog Model 10 switchable voltage? Lookin...
