Re: Moog One Manual Problems
I saw a point with which I disagree: you say that output settings are not saved with presets.
This is only valid for master volume and headphones volume.
The output matrix is saved with each preset.
I concur with your correction on the output info - my bad. I have updated the post with that ...

Re: Working with Presets
The Moog One manual information on presets is perhaps a bit disjoint, and maybe in some cases lacking some information. I found myself having to trying to figure out how some things worked, though to be fair, maybe I was just a bit impatient with trying find some of the information in the manual. In ...

Re: Number of Factory sounds included on Moog One
There was an original "Factory" group that came in firmware release 1.0.
There have been several additional groups that were made available in subsequent firmware releases.
These can all be downloaded from Moog Music website.
If I counted right, there are about 582 presets total that are free from ...

USB Keyboard - Up/Down doesn't work
When using a USB Keyboard, the up and down keys move the cursor up/down one line, but then it jumps back to the original line. Should stay on the line you move to after releasing key.

How do you scroll down to see the remainder of a Preset Note?
There is a lot of room for text when you edit the Notes on a (modulation) preset. After you save, the Notes on the currently scrolled to preset may not be full visible.
Is there a way to scroll down through notes?
The best thing I've found so far is to "Edit Notes" and then Cancel after reading.

Modulation Controller Amount set to negative values has wrong behavior
This will take a little bit to explain, but to try to give a brief summary:
When there is both a source and a controller on a Modulation line, the behavior of the controller is not as expected when the controller amount is negative.
For a source with no controller, the manual says:
Positive ...

XY Pad Origin not accessible with Unipolar Pad Polarity and XY Hold On
With the XY Pad set to Unipolar polarity and XY Hold on, you can't set the pad location to the origin such that X=0 and Y=0, the both have an positive offset.
Recreate:
Mod Matrix:
X Pad 10% / - / - / All OSCs Pitch Offset
Hold On
XY Hold Off
Play C4

Mods that use VAR Source/Control have to be after Mod that defines the VAR
It appears that MOD lines that have a VAR source or controller need the MOD line that defines the VAR to be before it (i.e. line that defines the VAR has to have a lower number in the MOD table). This is a bit awkward because there is no way to move a MOD line around. It would be better if the ...

Re: Wireless (Qwerty) Keyboard
FWIW, I picked up this wireless compact keyboard on Amazon, and it works fine with my Moog One. Normal size keys but the keyboard itself is very compact (no numeric pad and scroll keys are tucked below shift key). On Moog One, able to scroll over text with left/right scroll buttons. Up scroll goes ...

Load Mod Matrix List sorted by Date not by Alphabetic Name
When you press the MOD button for a preset and then press the LOAD soft button, you get a list of saved Mod Matrix presets that can be selected on the LOAD MOD MATRIX screen.
The list of Mod Matrix presets is sorted by date.
It should be sorted by name like the Browse Presets lists is.

Re: Moog One Base MIDI Support
The manual does not talk to what MIDI Messages and CCs are supported automatically. It should. As of Firmware 1.4, the following appears to be true:
Working on both MIDI In and Out:
Note On Message with Velocity
Note Off Message with Velocity
Pitch Bend Message
After-touch Message
