I had sent an email to support months ago, but have not heard back like many others. After reading your post today I tried the chat one more time and after leaving it open for 45min I got a reply: :o "There is a bug on the latest firmware revisions that prevents the Matriarch from sending MIDI ...

This might not be as slick but it gets you there today:
1)Record your awesome ARP pattern with an external sequencer or DAW
2)Stop the pattern & arm the Matriarch sequencer
3)Record the pattern back into the Matriarch
Its also a great way to load complicated external patterns.

Hi,
I am seeing the same with my Matriarch.
It seems like that MIDI Channel AT-> KB AT OUT seems to be the only working MIDI2CV patch point on the current firmware.
(I am running firmware v1.2.3 with Ableton Live.)
Did you hear back from Moog support yet?
