Re: Share your synthesizer music!

I think maybe my best work to date, not composition (although I really love this track), but from a mixing, tonal balance, sound quality perspective. Any feedback would be awesome. FYI primary synths - Model 10, Model D, OB6. More background, OBX8, Prophet 6. https://soundcloud.com/user-165688397/un...

Re: Will a Model D 2022 reissue pitch wheel assembly work on Model D 2016 reissue?

FYI I emailed Moog support today and got a response only a couple hours later.

"I'm afraid we are not offering any upgrade or modification options to retrofit parts from the 2022 Model D onto the 2016 models.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

Regards"

I'm interested in the answer to this as well. Please post if you lean anything from Moog. Thanks.

Re: Choosing between Model 10 and 15

I have a 10 and love it. It is super fun to play / create awesome sound. Tuning drift is a real thing and can be a bit of a challenge but also much of it's charm. I've managed to get a pretty solid 2 + pushing 3 octaves with pretty good tracking once its warmed up. I've only 'played' with the model ...

Just my 2 cents - I've had pretty good success both buying and selling on reverb.com YMMV.

Re: CP11

Thx for the response John and sorry to not be clear on my question. I added the Erica Synths Black MIDI/CV V2 info to explain how I am triggering the 10 but my question was about the CP11 Controller Outputs 1 & 2. The Erica works great and exactly as you describe. Thanks analogmonster - this is ...

CP11

Hi and sorry for the stupid question. I've been having a lot of fun playing and exploring the Moog Model 10. I've been playing it via a midi to CV device (Erica Synths Black MIDI/CV V2) that is working well for me. I'm wondering what the Controller Outputs 1 & 2 are used for. I suspect would be ...

I really wish they had put cv outs on the voyager!

Re: Synthisizers.com model 22

I don’t think that is correct. The voyager has a bunch of cv inputs but no outs unless you have the vx351 I’m pretty sure.

My old school has both cv ins and outs but no midi.

Re: IF YOU COULD ONLY HAVE ONE MOOG SYNTH

I think my Moog One. The Model D is a close 2nd for me.

Moog One has so much to offer - a lifetime of exploration.
Model D is just such a classic and an absolute joy to play.

Re: Synthisizers.com model 22

I have no direct experience with synthesizers.com but looks cool and lots of capability (the system 22). I can't tell if the midi interface allows for duophonic. Looks like would be a fun system to me.
