I'm in interesting situation

901A+901B+901B tracking is well for 5 octaves
third 901B is out of scale (about semitone difference in 2 octaves). Are there any internal trimmers to adjust scale parameter for 901B?

I have a set of 901ABBB.
1) one 901B provides great tune in almost 5 octaves
2) another one is almost the same
3) but a third one doesn't track well (almost half tone in 2 octaves). Is there any internal calibration that can help with this?
