For the settings you can edit via MIDI, if you have a way to get MIDI from your iPad to your Minitaur, you could make your own with Mozaic. An oversimplification of Mozaic is that it lets you create a UI in the app (knobs, switches, dials, wheels, etc) that you wire up to MIDI CC, etc. http://ruisma...
