Hello, don't know if you solved this problem meantime, if not I suggest you open a ticket to Moog Support on https://moogmusic-help.freshdesk.com and they will assist you and provide all required files too. I had to do the same to unbrick my LP TE (different .hex files) and they were super helpful :-)

Thanks for sharing! I see you shared an ALL backup, which includes some factory patches too (of course, many of them are very good): what are the patches you made yourself (if any or you just made a selection)?
