Re: Would love a Eurorack version of CP-251

[/quote] You don’t have to be able to solder to put together a eurorack system. If you buy case with power + Mixer, lfo, mult, attenuators , sample and hold, noise source and slew modules then you have everything the cp251 has. You could order it pre built if you don’t want to put the modules into t...

Would love a Eurorack version of CP-251

With the Moog Eurorack synths, would love a Eurorack compatible version of CP-251. In fact would love all the Moogerfoogers to come back in Eurorack format.

Hopefully this is something Moog will consider. They could be called Motherfoogers :D

Wonder if Moog will make the front black panel available for existing Matriarchs.

Re: CP-251 bottom power supply?

May be able to move the top AC plug to the back hole. But having the ability on the other unit to plug in either place is certainly more convenient.

Thanks

CP-251 bottom power supply?

Hi Have a couple of old CP-251 with the red jacks. They have power supply inputs on the topside and bottom. Just got one off e-bay which is the new model without the red rings. Does not have a power supply on the bottom, and has a plastic plug in the back panel where the supply jack should be. Was t...

Re: what should moog release next?

I'd love to see a parametric EQ. Have been looking to find one of the discontinued Boss stomp box ones, but a Fooger one would be some much better.

Re: Remember Vibronic Music?

Ken, Your posts don't mention Dexter Wansel. You must have worked with him, given the time frame at Philly International. Immensely talented keyboardist/songwriter. Among other things, his Moog pieces included a Polymoog, Mini, and Micro. Dexter Wansel - "Life On Mars" (1976) http://www.y...

Re: Little Phatty vs. Voyager: With one should I buy?

It didn't state what kind of music the band played or if they were gigging. If it is a cover band playing out, the phatty should cover what is needed. It is lighter than the voyager and at the end of the night, probably will appreciate the lesser weight. And god forbid any mishap at a gig, a phatty ...

50th Anniversary emblem on Murf

I have an original Murf and it has a Moog 50th Anniversary emblem on one of the side panels. Just curious if other foogers made around that time came with this or if it was just something only the original murfs had? Or maybe they all come that way now, haven't bought a new fooger recently. :) Anyon...

Re: Slightly different finish to metal faceplate on phaser

I just bought another moogerfooger rack mount kit. The rack is the rougher finish. Don't have any foogers with the new finish. My old rack matches the smooth finish of the foogers. I prefer the older finish.

Dust Cover

Hi I have had a Voyager dust cover for a while. It is real light and soft and just one layer of material. I recently got a dust cover for the Little Phatty, and it seems to be more durable. A harder outer material with a soft lining. I just noticed the picture of the Voyager dust cover that is now b...

Used to own a Rhodes with the rounded top and was never comfortable putting any others keys on it. Do you have the hard cover for the Rhodes? What I did was have someone saw off the cover just over the keys. They added hinges and extra clamps on the sides so I could still put it back on to cover eve...
