Re: CP251 - noise on voltage signal
I recently stumbled across this issue as well, and found the source of the noise was the MF-101 Low Pass filter ENV out. During some audio probing of the circuit, I also found a capacitor that had a "Halo" of sound around it. Looking further at the circuit, a charge pump is used to create ...

Re: Are the Minifoogers discontinued?
Yes, they discontinued them before the Moogerfoogers, sometime earlier this year.

Thanks, but the M & Z are drastically different beasts.
I guess we would need a modified Z to take apart!

MF-104Z Spillover Schematic
Now that there apears to be no more foogers, I was hoping Moog could share the schematic / build instructions to mod the 104Z withthe spillover switch! I'd love to do it to mine, but cant justify the $160+ CAD to get it done, if its even offered anymore?

Re: RIP Moogerfooger
I too am very sad about this mostly because it means no new pedals will be made in the line, and I was hoping for at least one more. Like some of the others here, Moogerfoogers are the reason I understand soo much about synthesis and effects in general. Bob's passion for others learning is what hook...

New Pedal friendly controllers to work with yer Moogs!
https://www.hungryrobotmodular.com/general-info Not a Moog product, but certainly an awesome set of tools for anyone interested in some basic CV control of any gear! Finally, pedalboard friendly solutions, in simple, easy to use boxes. The ADSR and attenuvertor have my wallet barking, just in time, ...

Re: MF Boost worth it?
Lol, I came across an early version MF-Boost used at a really good price. I did some internet searching and re-found my post about returning it, with the stipulation that I will buy it again. Well, there you go. It's better than I remember, and I'm using an EHX 8-Step to do tremolo stuff, and MIDI t...

Actually, that's a pretty good idea - Moog provide some source code so that someone in the community can drive it. Probably too many Moog secrets hidden in there tho...

Re: MF101 - modification for separate audio signal to env.fo
Thank-you for the speedy replies!
It is the 101 that I am modding. And I agree that I must have stumbled upon a ground loop in the process, which made the CV signal work now that I think back.
The ground addition makes sense, and indicates the missing link! I will give this a go.

Re: MF101 - modification for separate audio signal to env.fo
So I tried this mod, exactly as described, however applying signal to R5 doesn't seem to do anything. If I send it a CV, it works.
Am I missing something? Do I need to attach a ground wire from the jack as well?

Re: cc#value in midi setting
Welcome! I suppose the first thing to do is to figure out if your midi controller is capable of sending multiple CC's when it's program is changed. Many controllers only send one or two, maybe 4 CC's on a program change. So the trick might be multiple program changes, or a progression of program cha...

Re: Voyager x4
Sounds like you need to put your fooger in the aux bus, and send each channel to it... or use the aux bus at the master, and send the mix to it.

Re: mf 101 rf noise
I bought some conductive copper tape and lined the inside of the wood panels. It seemed to help when I had the same problem.
