Claravox volume
I’ve recently bought a Claravox, being left handed and not being able to get a left handed instrument I swapped around the antenna and associated pcb on my right handed unit. The “conversion” was quite successful and I’m very pleased with it. However, I do notice that in traditional mode now (and to...

Re: Have I ‘broken’ my Subharmonicon?
The total lack of responses to my pretty simple question astounds me. One has to conclude that this forum is a total and utter waste of time.

Re: Have I ‘broken’ my Subharmonicon?
Is there really no Subharmonicon owner out there who can replicate my settings and comment on the resultant audio output?

Have I ‘broken’ my Subharmonicon?
I plugged my Sub 37 into my Subharmonicon the other day and I think it might have done something to the Subharmonicon. Perhaps what I am about to describe is quite normal and I’ve just never noticed it before, so I would be grateful if people could comment if this is normal or not. With the SEQ OCT ...

Re: Subharmonicon firmware woes
I bought a USB to midi cable specifically for the purpose of doing the firmware update, it would seem that this cable was, for whatever reason, not compatible with the Subharmonicon. With the aid of my Machine 3 I successfully and very easily completed the update. But do I still have a problem, plea...

Subharmonicon firmware woes
Connected my sub 37 to my subharmonicon the other day, don’t know what happened but I ended up with an extended octave range, ie high frequencies went beyond my ability to hear them!. Decided to update firmware hoping that would fix it. I have followed the update instructions faithfully but I do not...

Noisy pots (not cut off)
I noticed this evening that both the fdbk/ext in and the eg amt are a bit (electrically) noisy when turned. A slight inward pressure on the knobs and they’re OK. I’m guessing that some pot cleaner/lubricant spray would sort them out. I’m a bit reluctant to dive in and start ripping things apart and ...

Subharmonicon question
If I have a sequence running on my Subharmonicon but neither SEQ 1 ASSIGN nor SEQ 2 ASSIGN are set to their respective Osc/sub1/sub2 (ie I have not assigned any destination) should I still hear a note being played as the sequence advances? It seems wrong that I should hear anything but I do. Is my u...

Syncing Subharmonicon to Sub37
I want to use midi out on the Sub 37 to sync the clock on the subharmonicon. I seem to be failing dismally. I’ve got “send clock” set to on. I’ve “set keys” to off. But there does not seem to be any clock being sent to the subharmonicon when the arpeggiator is playing.
Any ideas

No audio in on my Sub 37
First of all a confession, I am a total ignoramous so keep any reply simple, really simple. I have just bought a Maschine Mk3 so that I can create some simple audio to send to the Sub 37. I know there is audio on the line out of the Maschine because I can plug it into the amp and hear it. However, w...
