It was a bad jack. I returned my original unit and got another one. Pure joy now.

When I plug stereo headphones into the jack I only get sound in the right ear. Do I have a bad jack?

Did you try contacting moog help directly?

I worked at a music store and encountered many lefties that played right-handed and were glad they did. It's hard to find left handed stuff.
