I have a Minimoog D with early oscillator board. Osc 3 not oscillating, no sawtooth on neg side of C8 , just sitting at 0v. I have schematic + theory of operation writeup, a dmm and a scope, where should I start? Any common component failures? Osc 1 and 2 are working, so should be a good comparison ...

I put the osc board back in and now the supply adjusts correctly.

I am attempting to adjust the +10 and -10v rails on the power supply. I get the +10 v adjusted at 10.00 v , but I can only get the -10v rail to -9.86v before the -10v pot runs out of travel.. A couple of questions, where do the +10 and -10 v sense get their voltage from? How exactly does this work, ...
