Hello after 3 years i cant use my voyager can some one help me ?

Hello my Voyager rme have this problems

1. No Headphones (i try 3 type of headphones and no one works )
2. Master volume dosen`t effect sounds (i try whit every preset and combinations )
3. Outputs are have different levels (again i try everything)
