No you can't - Not with latest Firmware

Anyone had any success loading older firmware and managed to get Keyboard Error working ?

*edit* I wonder if the fix for the MDI modwheel pitch affected the programming for the vintage keyboard tuning emulation?

I have a Monopoly and a Poly 61 so familiar with keyboard issues :x
My Poly 61 is stripped at the moment while I service to contact's.

The original Pratt -Reed are a quality piece of engineering when serviced correctly.

I have a few old synth's ...

Only time will tell if this ever get's resolved.

Be the last product I buy of theirs too if don't get a response and a fix.
I have run my own small business for 30 plus year's and you don't treat customer's like that and ...

I had another reply from Moog.

They basically told me I should be grateful I have no hard wear issues !

They are aware of the Keyboard Error issue but being a small company and currently busy on new projects have no time to deal with the Keyboard Error problem on the Re Issue Model D.

I'm wondering if the previous firmware may give me the option for Keyboard Error.

What did the latest update give you over the previous ?

I'm sorry I don't have better info for you. The problem is within the firmware and is a known issue that affected Model D reissues across the entire serial range. Tuning-error mode is stored digitally ...

Iv'e searched, e.mailed the factory and still unable to find out why 'some' unit's do not have this feature.
Seems later unit's are affected.

It would seem a really nice feature to have.
If this cannot be rectified with A SIMPLE Firmware update I'm presuming later unit's have been incorrectly built ...

I'm disappointed to learn this is a common problem.

Mine also is not able to give me the 'Keyboard Error' option.
Something I feel is a must have .

It seems early production they had it and later it was missed off ..I'm unable to check which firmware I have
but my Minimoog Model D is showing ...
