Rule #1

If something doesn't work, try to reset, recalibrate, and unplug it. 9 times out of 10 that usually fixes the problem.

It doesn't sound like a good idea to me, but I don't have anything to back that up with at the moment.

This is good to know. I've had mine propped up on a block of wood for a while now. I assumed you couldn't get replacement feet for it. I'll have to get in contact with them. Thanks!

Could the problem be something as simple as not being grounded? Are you plugged into a good outlet?

I haven't been able to find Moog strings for a while. I've been using either Ernie Ball Aluminum Bronze or D’Addario EXP Coated Bronze on my Moog guitar lately without a problem. I'd like to see the Moog strings make a comeback though.

I've never heard of this happening before. Never really had any problem with my Moog guitar using different strings. I actually tried to find some Moog strings the other day and couldn't seem to find anyone who sells them anymore. Maybe they got discontinued.

I had a similar problem. I tried the two fixed mentioned above and it seemed to work. I first checked the ground loop with varying results.
