Letting Go of my MoogerFooger Rack

Hi there,

In the past years I have posted about mt wall mounted rack for the moogerfoogers. Now it is time for me to let it go. I think the FS posts are generally frowned upon here but it is a pretty Moog specific item so I figured I would give it a try. It holds 6 moogerfoogers, one patchy and ...

Mike-

I know this doesn't answer your question but you can go to Main Drag Music in Brooklyn and test out any of the current Moogerfoogers. I believe they have every piece of new Moog gear on the sales floor and have rooms for you to demo gear away from the sales floor.

Nice guys as well.

The AKG BX series spring verbs are good if you can find one. Big though.

The Orban 111b is nice and stereo..

I use the Vermona Retubeverb. It is the last spring verb I will buy. Less bells and whistles than the other Vermona but the sound is great.

Super simple and super fun. Thanks Moog guys. I tried this with both the LPF and the env out on the Freq Box with fairly similar results.

2. Note Priority is saved per patch. There is no global setting for this. I wish there were.
However, if you have the software editor I believe you can select all the presets, go into the feature called "Single Parameter Adjustment" under the 'Bank' drop down and change them all to last key. Then ...

I believe the Roland SPV 355 did the Pitch to Voltage thing in a similar fashion.

Anyways, I think The Freqbox is great on drum tracks and when used in in conjunction with my vocoder (SVC-350). I split the output of my mic pre to two feeds. One feed goes into the freqbox. It follows my pitch and ...

Those in the pic are the Moog rackmounts. I'm sure you could get blank panels and drill holes but I liked how these worked. Yes, they do cost a little more but you are racking close to $1000 worth of gear so $60 isn't too bad in my opinion

Eric, I sold the micro a while back and really miss it. It ...

You can just buy a desktop slant rack for $20 and mount the two rackmount kits that way.

The Massive Passive is a great tool.
I've had a lot of luck the Chandler TG Channel. There really isn't a bad setting on its eq. You can do some great sound shaping by really driving the input for some crunch.
The Chandler Germ Compressor is also a great tool for synths cause it can do some pretty ...

Ordered.

Now all I have to do is put aside $100 a month til the end of the year and when it is released I'll have enough.

My autoreply to the order also said TBP-V3-001 so I would doubt it indicates the serial number.

I wonder if they will really only make 1000 of these if there is enough demand.

Keyboard Mode questions/opinions

I'm pretty sure I know the answer to this one but.....Is there any way to set the Keyboard Mode globally? I only ever want to have it on "last key" but a lot of the presets (which are great starting points for me) are set otherwise.

I'm also curious what keyboard mode most of you folks prefer ...

Hey there-

I have seen the Moog Indigo at Sam Ash and can confirm that the wheels are supposed to be white.

A while back I had to send my Voyager in for repairs/upgrades and decided to get the Indigo backlighting with walnut casing. In talking with Amos, he confirmed that the wheels were white on ...
