I bought a brand new All-in-One package off eBay (the original Low Pass, Ring Mod, Phaser package). After shipping, duty and brokerage fees it came up to about $1400 CDN.
Every Canadian retailer that I could find that sells moogerfoogers wanted $500+tax for the Phaser alone.
Regardless, it's not going to be cheap buying them new. Especially if you are a Canadian.
