mf 104z ship date?

have these been sent out yet? I preordered one when they were announced and haven't heard word of when I might receive it other than it will be released in september.

I also preordered but I had no word on the shipping date so far. It's already Sept 16, so hopefully next week should ship.

We began shipping delay modules two weeks ago. The backlog for this product is huge. It will be at least a month before we are able to ship thru the backlog of pre-orders.

a few questions:

Hang on do you mean that it will be a month before people who didn't preorder one can buy one?

And that it will take a month for everyone who preordered one to get theirs'?

How many were preordered, how long do you think it will be before the're all gone?

Yes, Godzilla, unfortunately it will be at least a month before we ship thru all the pre-orders. We are building them as fast as we can but as some folks on the forum have recognized dealing with these BBD chips is not the easiest task.

What we can build has not all been pre-ordered as of yet.

It's good to hear some kind of status at least....but please stop torturing me....I need my 104z.

Well, I guess I rather you guys take your time and build some quality pedals, rather than hurrying up and building some defective ones.

I hope the next pedals that ship go to Bigcitymusic.com....the place I preorder.

I pre-ordered the first MF-104Z in Greece

and I was told that it is going to be here mid-October.

I wonder why is it so looooooong.

as i understand from my sole local moog dealer in durham (see below), the 104z is still at least a few weeks away from shipping. sorry to add only speculative/vague info.

All I did was go to my dealer and order up a 104z (yes I'm lucky to have one locally). He called Moog to check on availability. They said I had made it on to the pre-order list, and that they would be starting a production run in a week or so.

As far as the 104sd is concerned, it seems as though they are all gone. One post mentions that 150 of 250 went directly to the big dogs.

I'm not that disappointed about not being able to get an SD because I am getting something that - for some time - I might not have gotten (if ever) unless I was willing to pay 1500 bones on e-bay.

I believe the SD is all gone unless you didn't get on early pre-order release. Dealers we're only getting certain quantities, of which most were sold as pre-orders. If a dealer was only getting 10 SDs and your pre-order was #11 you'd be out of luck.

With that said I'm still waiting for my SD which is supposed to be here mid-October.
