I own a Klangwerk and I've played with the MF-102 quite a bit, but don't own one.

There's no carrier out on the Blacet, but a much wider internal carrier range than the Moog. The Blacet also has an internal envelope follower that can change the carrier pitch and carrier waveform, with seperate attenuators for each - the Moog doesn't do that at all. Blacet can also take a DC input, so it can double as a VCA. The Klangwerk can sound much harsher due to the wider range of waveforms it can modulate the signal with. Pretty different beasts, really.

What else would you like to know?

Thanks very much - sounds like the KW would be more useful to me.
