LFO sweep in Murf w/ Expression Pedal

Post by OddFellows » Wed Feb 02, 2005 2:53 pm

Hey everyone-

I'm using a Murf w/ the Roland expression pedal EV-5. The pedal works beautifully in the Rate, Mix, and Envelope connection.

In the LFO Sweep connection, however, the effect is entirely underwhelming. Is it like this for everyone? With the bank set to A, Animation set to 1, and all the filters up- I'd expect some big, colossal phasing to happen when using the expression pedal. Instead, it's really mild. What am I doing wrong? Or am I just not understanding what an LFO sweep is...

thx

Isn't it for use in the B bank?

Anyways...it isn't very pronounced in that bank as well.

thanks- I think it's just how the pedal works.

that said, it's an amazing pedal. + it's an absolute necessity to get a tempo tap cuz you can really lock into songs.
