MIDI Sync Problems with Pro Tools

I am having trouble with the MIDI sync function and Pro Tools. This is how I have it set up.

I am using a Digi 003 and have both the USB hooked into the computer and the MIDI in and out hooked into the 003. Then for the settings I have the LFO synced to MIDI clock and the ARP synced to the LFO. Then as far as MIDI I have DIN/USB selected for MIDI in and out.
