Third Osc thin?

Post by Mooch Foyager » Fri Sep 10, 2010 7:29 pm

I was trying out a new patch, started from default settings, and noticed the third osc sounded thinner then the first and second. Also a bit less bottem end.

I double checked if all values were the same and tried adjusting them by a few steps, it did not matter. It just sounded different. (freq, wave, octave, all at the same settings)

Is this normal?

Mine is weak / thin as well. Don't know if it's normal either. To be honest I'm having other weird sounds coming from that OSC.

They sound they same to my ears on my EB #165 after about 20 minutes of playing. At startup osc 3 was a tad quieter.
