SweetWater Phatties ?

Ok, I have watched this forum for months now and finally joined...I ordered a Lil Phatty on 4-20 and have been waitng for 4 months for word...Has anyone else ordered from SW and if so have you been told three different dates for shipment ? Right now it stands @ 8-22 but I am not holding my breath...I know I ordered and paid before some of these people...Any help ?

The orders to the stores will ship after the orders placed directly to Moog. I ordered serial #0002 from a store and havne't gotten it yet. Shouldn't be too much longer, though. As to when Sweetwater gets theres, it will probably depend on what block(s) of serial numbers they're getting.

i have one on order from samash. they said there was a delay in production so it might be well into september before LPs get shipped out to stores. then they still have to ship it to customers.

why they can't arrange for direct dropshipping i don't understand.

but i guess the extra wait is what you get if you want to pay 1375 instead of a 100 bucks more and get it directly.

Well I got word TODAY that the LP's are @ SweetWater...This was my first order through them as I usually by from independent dealers...SW just had the ads for the LP up so long ago that I thought they would get them sooner...This was a tough lesson and I hope my next posting will be in the LP arrived thread...If you want nice gear try and buy from the source...I will let you guys know how it works with the Fat Controller I got today...Word...
