Hi mostfk,
OK, we start at the beginning...
There are 7 preset banks in the Voyager (6 in version 3.5):
bank A - bank G (H)
These banks have nothing to do with the operating system and when a preset bank is not initialized then there can be garbage in the display like this
If you want to fix the preset bank you have to send a preset bank to the Voyager.
Then you have four banks A,B,C and D for the operating system. Each time when you switch on the Voyager the system will check this and if there's a wrong bit in one of the four banks you will get a message "the operating system has to be reloaded". When there's no message after power on everything is fine. When there is garbage on the display you have to reload the preset bank(s) not the operating system.
OK?????
AND DON'T FORGET: when the Voyager is powered off for more than half a year the internal battery can be empty and you have to reload the presets and the Voyager should be powered on for a few hours to charge the battery again.
Have fun,
Rudi

The reason to work on a business trip a few days, just home.
I try to re-send all presets, But I was a novice, I do not know the correct.
Now the name of the preset sound appears to be correct, but the sound is still wrong, each preset tone is "Shasha" noise.
When sending a new preset, I first select the preset to name. For example: I send Bank A, first on the panel to select the A, after sending preset finished, press the -1 or +1.
I do not know whether this method is correct, can replace the preset error.
You can tell me the right way preset to replace it?
Need your help, thank you.

Re: [HELP]Electric Blue Edition issue, no sounds but noise?
Hi mostfk,
I guess your problem has nothing to do with the software - it must be a hardware problem on the analog board.
First to make sure the hardware is right press EDIT, then select "Init. Parameters", ENTER, select YES and ENTER.
You should hear a sound (square wave).
If you hear a sound like "Shasha" noise then the analog board is broken.
Let me know what you hear...

Press the key, is still rustle
I am also broken last hope.....
China's agents, said: They did not repair permissions.
Is it the only way to repair it is to be sent to the United States?
Except for mailing costs, I am most worried about is the mail on the way will Voyager break.
ask Almighty rudi whether there are other ways?

Hi Mattew,
you should contact Moogmusic.com. There must be a service center in China.
Good luck,
Rudi

There is a service center in China, if you have already been there, you can try the one in Japan or Korea.
Here's a link to Moog's page with those addresses.

You can get an anvil case for it, but it will probably cost around $400 plus shipping to China.

I had contacted them, the answer is that they can not repair permissions, So things get in trouble.
I would go to contact official, to see if there is no other way.
Thanks again
