error message loading 2.0 into Phatty stage I

it's got 1.3 in it now, when I start the download it says " stage 1 " then after a few seconds it says
" stage 1 Error cycle power ".............................. what's up????????? :shock:

yep, power off then on and it's back up and running the 1.3 OS
