I'm sure I'm not the only one having this issue. I can transmit just fine. I learned the hard way when I deleted my custom presets. For some reason I'm not able to receive presets into the editor. Does anyone know how to fix this?

make sure your editor is registered correctly,
make sure your LP has the latest firmware version,
but first and foremost, make sure your MIDI interface has the latest drivers for your computer OS installed.
Most sysEx problems seems to be MIDI driver - related...
If all this is OK and you are still having the same problem, I recommend you email editors at soundtower dot com for more help.
