But here goes......

If I have an Upgraded Phatty Tribute 2.0 am I able to upgrade to OS 2.1?
Or do I need the firmware upgrade?

If you have the hardware upgrade you can update to OS 2.1.
Model D, Little Phatty Tribute w/cv, The Rogue, MF-102, CP-251, Animoog and Filtatron
