Hi -
I have just purchased a Little Phatty from someone who has only owned it for a few weeks, and they have already registered the warranty. Is it possible to transfer it to the buyer (myself)?

It'd be better to ask the folks at Moog directly instead of the forum.
Here's the Contact form:

I had the same exact question a while back. I can tell you what they told me, but their policy may have changed since then. They told me that if it is still in the original warranty period they can do it - but you'll need to obtain the original sales receipt from the person you bought it from as proof of the date of purchase.

Gear: Moog LP, Gibson LP, lots of FX
As soundxplorer said - Moog policy is to honor the factory warranty for one year from the original date of purchase, regardless of who currently owns the instrument. So, as long as you can get the original purchase documentation from the first owner, then you are covered for the remainder of the year after the original purchase.
Kind regards,
