Hello you all. My first post to the forums and hope this helps somebody like it did me. After a week of frustration I finally figured out how to get Moog Sub phatty editor VST to be recognized by Abelton 9.5 on Windows 10.
All you have to do is rename the VST file from: Sub Phatty Editor(x64).dll to Sub Phatty Editor(64bit).dll . Just change the (x64) to (64bit).
The same goes for Sub Phatty Editor-VI(x64).dll. The correct file name would be: Sub Phatty Editor-VI(64bit).dll
I have not tried this on 32bit .dll files so not sure if it works
Hope this helps somebody!
NOTE: I am still having issues getting VST saying hardware is not connected. Hope I can find out how to fix this.

Did you have any luck? I have the disconnected problem just bought the phatty at the weekend and haven't had any joy in getting the editor working. Will try changing the name in cubase.
Moog Phatty, Windows 10 64bit, Cubase 7 64bit & 32bit
