Sub 37 issues controlling VST synths and other hardware.

Hi guys,

I was using Windows 7 and could do this perfectly before. Now, I have Moog being able to play the other instruments. I can even record the automation but when I am playing it I can't hear the filtering or pitching but when I play back I can with my EMU 6400 Ultra. With VST, I can't control anything. Is anyone else having a problem here or have and know how to fix this?
