It usually happens when i am playing midi out of pro tools, and all of a sudden a note sticks. Other notes will play but once i stop the stuck note comes back. Switching patches results in the same stuck note. Only thing that resolves it is a power cycle.
A couple times i have experienced a different crash when i am playing the LP into PT, recording midi. Rest assured i keep the midi track muted in PT when recording from my synth so as not to induce a midi loop.
Not sure what is happening! It happens when i am playing midi out of PT about 1 out of every 5 or 10 times. I am not sending any program changes during these crashes.
