Has anyone else experienced an issue where when your Sub 37 is connected to your DAW via USB, some of your custom saved presets change. And when you unplug the USB cable, the preset goes back to normal?
I have one preset where the arp plays sounds that are not in the sequence and the latch button no longer works. As soon as I unplug the USB cable, the preset goes back to normal and the latch button works again.

Re: Sub 37 Changing when USB connected
Can anyone say if it is working properly for them in Logic X and Ableton 9 ?
I have no issue with it in Bitwig, but cannot get it to work properly in LPX and AL9.
I have contacted support but no resolution yet.

Re: Sub 37 Changing when USB connected
I use Ableton 9 on a mac with my sub 37 with no issues.
Might be an idea to run midi monitor - http://www.snoize.com/MIDIMonitor/ - to make sure you've not got an issue with your ableton setup sending rogue midi notes back to the 37.

Re: Sub 37 Changing when USB connected
I just tried this with Ableton and I can get the same sort of problems you had if create a midi loop by having a track set to simultaneously monitor the sub 37 and send midi to the sub 37.
When you're playing the sub 37 midi into ableton, make sure you've not got any of the tracks monitoring midi set to send midi back to the 37 and your problem should go away.
Then when you want to play back the midi from Ableton, just select the sub 37 in the "Midi To" for the track and you should be golden.

Yup, this solved it. Thanks! A novice mistake on my part, but just glad my hardware isn't brokenpaul_sub37 wrote:I just tried this with Ableton and I can get the same sort of problems you had if create a midi loop by having a track set to simultaneously monitor the sub 37 and send midi to the sub 37.
