Sub 37 keyboard problem

Post by Blastitol » Mon Sep 28, 2015 10:05 pm

First, I'd like to say hello! First post here, wish it pertain to a possible issue with my 37.

My keys seem to be playing the same note every third or fourth (white) key. So, for example, if I work my way up it will go: C,D,E,E,G. Did I do something unintentionally or do I need to get in touch with Moog? Under warranty at least. Thanks!

Hmm does this always happen even if you change to a different preset?

hmm sounds like keyboard ribbon or controller failed, or there is a mechanical problem with the key-bed.

Solution: Global Menu 1.1: Tuning Scale - Choose another Scale.
