This may be related to the other thread I just opened.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Make sure the Sub 37 is plugged in and receiving MIDI data (like a loop from a DAW).
2. Lock your computer (Windows). WinKey + L.
3. Notice the Sub 37 USB ports stop working immediately.
4. Unplug/re-plug the USB cable.
5. Notice Sub 37 USB ports start working again.
I am using Win 8.1. No hubs. USB power management is all straight. Disabled USB suspend and disallowing computer to turn off USB ports.
It would be nice to get this fixed, because I often lock my computer when I am away. Having to unplug/replug my Sub 37 every time I come back is not good.
Many thanks!
Sub 37 - USB MIDI ports stop working after locking computer
Re: Sub 37 - USB MIDI ports stop working after locking compu
This issue seems to have abated after changing my USB ports suspend and power management settings; however, as I mentioned my other thread, the Sub 37's USB MIDI still seems shaky and buggy.
