Sub 37 - Blank LCD

Hey

Got my Sub 37 a few weeks ago, really happy with it. Turned it on today and the LCD is totally blank, could still get flick through the presets using the buttons on the bottom and alter the sound, just no read out on the screen.

I'd yet to install any of the firmware so I downloaded 1.0.3 and installed it following the PDF, still nothing. So i downloaded 0.1 and 0.2, then installed them in order (including 0.3), still nothing. I can see that a blank screen is a result of the firmware not updating correctly but I had yet to connect my Sub 37 to my computer at all.

Anyone else had this problem, or am I missing something very obvious?

Also, is there a way to do a hard reset/factory reset? I thought this might save me as they normally do.

Same issue here.. After a failed update my lcd screen turned white and im not able to use it anymore.. I assume u already fixed it?!
