Sub 37 Firmware 1.0.3 Bugs

Hi again,

Amos told me that OUT VOL was removed from the destination list because VCA LEVEL does basically the same. That makes sense.

I as a Slim Phatty user all these years forgot that in the Sub 37 VCA LEVEL is one of the main destinations

I got a new preview for testing the NRPN issue. I hope I can test it today.

Im having problems with the following with OS 1.0.3:

Arpeggiator rate knob sometimes loses its position or range it operates within. What I mean is that sometimes the rate won't go up to its maximum as if it is not picking up the value. Same goes for feet selectors, especially in sync mode and they also freak out and freezes at some position when this happens and renders the knob (and sound) useless.

Also experiencing hanging midi notes sometimes forcing a midi panic button press.
