sub 37 pitch wheel rubbing side of case or something?

anyone else have any issues with the pitch wheel on the sub 37 rubbing something or making a scraping sound when moved?

Yep. I can't spot where it's coming from so it might be inside the case. Distracting at low volumes...

It appears like the pitch wheel is catching on the left side of the casing and creating the residue from whatever is rubbing or scratching, most likely the wheel material. You can see it come back after clearing it and moving the pitch wheel about some more. This Sub 37 is fresh out the box, nothing has been spilled into it or even near it to have gotten in there. When it stops making the sound, I had nudged the pitch wheel towards the right to get it off the left edge, but eventually it finds it way back towards the left edge, rubbing and scratching... :shock:
