Actually didn't get into synths until around the first of this year. The Arturia in the back was my first synth, and really great at certain things but the Moog is just a whole other class. A bit of a learning curve to it, but so far I haven't been able to stop playing it. Trying for the life of me to figure out how to midi sync the LFO through a USB cable. I have Reaper running as my DAW and when I hit "play", the LFO sort of "gallops" along and gets out of tempo, almost like it's trying to get back into tempo. Only happens when Reaper is in play/record modes, so I'm guessing it's a MIDI sync issue.
Other than that, I'm glad this was my first Moog. I had thoughts about the Slim/Little because the arpeggiator would be nice, but I love the 1 knob per function thing of the Sub, and the software is killer. I'm not a huge preset guy, never have been with my guitar rig either, so I'm usually in panel mode.
Such a sweet synth.
