Ableton and LP skipping midi notes

Hi,
I´m having problems with the midi communication between my LP and Ableton Live 9.
I set up my LP as an external instrument and, although all notes of a loop I´m working on seem to be equally spread in time and velocity, the loop doesn´t sound the same every time. It sounds as if the LP is skipping notes randomly.
Due to my little music knowledge, if thought that it would be easier to explain if I share with you a short mp3 to illustrate it (attached)
I´m using a Slim Phatty, preset 42 Wawawee and firmware 3.12 680/34
I also tried playing around with the external instrument latency from 0,5 to 115 but it didn´t help, I think.
It´s quite strange as I tried playing the midi track using both USB and/or DIN with similar results.
Please advise.
