midi beat clock problem + pro tools + little phatty os3

Post by addictedtofunk » Mon Aug 15, 2011 12:47 pm

Hi

I am trying to sync the arpeggiator on LP to pro tools midi beat clock @ 90bpm

Problem is i have it snycing but when clock div is set to 1/4 on little fatty the speed is not 1/4 note! its some sort of triplet (6 notes every 2 bars)

The audio snippet shows what it sounds like http://dl.dropbox.com/u/32076362/20110816%20003134.m4a

any ideas as to what is going on here?

Are you changing the clock divider with the value encoder or via MIDI CC?

If it is with CC, the values have changed (both LFO and arp) in OS 3. There is a full table of all the updated CC numbers and values at the end of the addendum. Triplets and some other clock divisions were added.
