slim phaty lfo rate problem

Hi guys.Im new to moog gear and i think i have a problem with my new purchased SP.
I know how to use the sourcea nd destination matrix.I know how to use the mod wheel to activate the modulation parameter.

My problem is the lLFO RATE.

So i pressl fo rate button to activate it and tweek the knob but nothing happens.I even went to the master menu and tweeked the lfo rate and the result was that i can see the parameters chenging(in the master menu) but with no audio result.
I also used the tap tempo of the lfo and it worked but this means that i must use a constant rate of the lfo which is nice,but just for some moments.
I really want to change the rate with the knob and really take advantage of the lfo
I have upgraded to the 3.1 firmware and didn't change anything
I really hope that its my fault and that someone will help me.

Is the lfo clock set to internal?

In master mode its " lfo sync mode: midi clock" now its internal and everythings is fine.
